Return Policy for Fine Art Prints

As an artist, I take great pride in offering custom-made fine art prints, limited editions, and hand-signed pieces that undergo meticulous quality checks to ensure unparalleled craftsmanship and uniqueness. Each print is a testament to our dedication to providing exceptional art experiences.

Given the bespoke nature of the artworks  and the thorough quality process they undergo, I regret that I can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. This policy ensures that each piece retains its intrinsic value and integrity and maintaining its exclusivity.

I encourage you to reach out to me prior to placing an order to discuss your expectations regarding size, paper type, and any other preferences. Your satisfaction is my utmost priority, and I want to ensure that your chosen print meets your expectations.

In the rare event that your fine art print arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

1. Contact me: Immediately upon receipt, please contact us at mathis@mhcontemporary.art with your order details and photographs clearly showing the damage or defect.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping: Pack the damaged or faulty item securely and return it to us using a trackable shipping method. Please include the RA number on the package.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process a refund or exchange within 10 business days, as per your preference.
